Privacy Policy

This policy covers all games published by Elif Birdman ("we", "our games"). Our games are single-player puzzle games. This policy explains what data our games collect, why, and what your choices are. Our games have no accounts, no sign-up and no way to enter personal information.

Data we collect

Our games do not ask you for any personal information. They use the following third-party services, which collect limited technical data automatically:

• Google Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage events (for example: a level was started or completed), a device-generated identifier, device model, operating system version and an approximate region derived from your IP address. Used to understand which levels are too hard or too easy.
• Google Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports containing the device model, operating system version and the technical state of the app at the moment of the crash. Used to find and fix bugs.
• AppLovin MAX and its mediation partners (including Google AdMob) — our games show advertisements: optional rewarded ads you choose to watch, and short ads between levels. To deliver and measure these ads, the advertising SDKs may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, device model, operating system version and coarse, IP-derived location. This data is used for ad delivery, measurement, frequency capping and fraud prevention.

What we do not collect

• No name, e-mail address, phone number or postal address.
• No precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access.
• No purchase history — our games contain no in-app purchases.
• No data that we can use to identify you personally.

Game progress

Your level progress and settings are stored locally on your device only. Deleting an app removes them permanently. They are not uploaded to any server.

Tracking and permissions

On iOS, ads are personalised only if you allow tracking when the system asks (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalised using your advertising identifier. You can change your choice or reset your advertising identifier at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking on your device.

Children

Our games are suitable for all ages but are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR in the EU or KVKK in Türkiye) you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of data relating to you. Because our games collect no directly identifying data, we may need additional information to locate any records. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
